Anthony Field’s success in children’s entertainment proves that he is an extraordinarily talented and creative man. How I Got My Wiggle Back, his memoir, reveals that he is also remarkably generous, sparing no detail of his battle with illness in order to demonstrate the power of the uncommon therapy that healed him literally from head to toe. The astonishing modalities he describes that until now have been reserved for an elite few will transform your view of the human body and the healing process.Antonia Felix, New York Times bestselling author of Sonia Sotomayor: The True American Dream
In about 1999 I went to the first of a number of Wiggles’ concerts… I must admit it wasn’t through choice… It was at the urging of my two youngest children Sarah and Emma.
The pre-schoolers had watched every Wiggles video tape so many times, either the player or the tape needed replacing.
What I saw on that day was a group of four talented blokes connecting with their audience.
Fast forward 13 years and they are still doing it. I have marvelled at their stamina and fitness. Anthony Field doesn’t look like he’s nearing 50 and now I know why.
“How I Got My Wiggle Back” is a must read for blokes like me who don’t look after ourselves as well as we should. It’s a frank and honest assessment of a man with a whole range of health issues and how he dealt with them.
If Anthony can by healthier, happier and fitter than ever before at 48 there’s hope for all of us.Ray Hadley OAM
